Terms & Conditions
The following Betting Rules related to the bookmaker Betwinner app govern the ways of accepting bets, resolving disputes, and paying winnings, as well as the specific aspects of certain bets on certain sports. These Rules shall stipulate any other relations between the customer and the bookmaker Betwinner.
- BetWinner.com has a registered office located at Telamonos 20 street, Springfield Court, Block C, Office 303, 3055 Limassol, Cyprus. It is owned by Marikit Holdings Ltd (reg. number HE351206) and is operated by Orakum N.V. as a License Holder (Curacao license No. 8048/JAZ).
- The laws of Cyprus govern the Terms and Conditions.
- The bookmaker BETWINNER accepts bets on worldwide sports and other events.
- Bets may only be placed by individuals who agree to the Betting Rules offered by the bookmaker and who have reached 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state (if the age of majority is over 18). In case of violation of this regulation, the customer shall be held liable.
- The bookmaker prohibits the following individuals to place bets:
- individuals representing other bookmakers;
- individuals who are under 18 years of age at the time of placement;
- individuals who are prohibited from entering into a contract with a bookmaker due to the effective legislation;
- individuals who directly participate in the events being betted on (e.g. referees, club owners or club management, sportspeople, coaches, or other individuals capable of influencing the outcome of the event), as well as any individuals acting on their behalf.
- The bookmaker reserves the right to refuse to pay any winnings or to refund stakes, as well as to cancel any bets, should these Rules be violated. Once the bookmaker becomes aware that the customer is an individual who can be designated as above, it shall be entitled to take the above measures at any time.
- The bookmaker reserves the right to refuse to accept a bet of any type from any customer should they conduct and public order or violate social standards. The bookmaker is entitled to decline bets from customers who fail to follow these Rules.
- The bookmaker reserves the right to refuse to accept a bet from any individual without giving a reason.
- All bets shall be settled based on the data provided by the processing center.
- From the date of the official publication of the results of the latest event on the bet slip, winnings shall be paid to the bettor within 30 (thirty) calendar days
- Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the event specified on the bet slip, winning bet slips can be paid out.
- After receiving returns, the bettor shall check if the winnings are correct. Bettors shall give notice to the bookmaker thereof with their account number, date, time, event, stake, selection, odds, and reasons of disagreement being stated, should they disagree with the winnings. From the moment of game-ending, all bet calculation claims for Cyber-Live games are accepted within 72 hours. Any claims regarding winnings may be filed within 10 (ten) days.
- If all outcomes specified in such bet have been predicted correctly, a bet placed by the Customer shall be deemed won.
- After a bet has been made, betting terms (odds, handicaps, totals, maximum stake limits, etc.) may be subject to variation. However, this does not affect the terms at the time the bet was placed. The customer shall check all changes in the current pre-match markets before entering into an arrangement.
- Bets placed on events shall be settled at odds of 1 for the outcome that was known at the time of placement.
- In the event of any disagreement between the bookmaker and the customer (contract party) on any matter pertaining to the fulfillment and observance of a betting arrangement between the customer (contract party) and the bookmaker, including outcomes, odds, payouts, and other material terms of the arrangement, as well as declaring such arrangement void or unconcluded, the parties agree that any disputes shall be resolved by the pre-trial procedure, i.e., serving a complaint to the opposite party.
- A party claiming the violation of their rights under the pre-trial procedure shall serve a written complaint to the opposite party. Once a complaint is delivered to the bookmaker, it shall be supported by the respective statement from the public register of companies and delivered to the bookmaker’s registered office stated in the bookmaker’s constituent documents. It shall be delivered to their place of residence (or place of stay) where a complaint is served to the customer (contract party).
- Documents supporting and substantiating such a complaint shall be enclosed. A complaint shall be served within 10 (ten) days of the day when the party becomes aware or should have become aware of the violation of their rights. The complaint shall be returned without examination in default of sufficient grounds for the complaint. From the moment the game ends, the company accepts all the bet calculation claims for Cyber-Live games within 72 hours.
- Only if bets on the event are not settled by the bookmaker or the event in question does not occur, bets on eSports Live will be refunded in the case of unfinished streams and technical failures.
- The bookmaker reserves the right to declare such bets void, in case of inconsistency of odds between offered betting markets and the bet, or a bet is accepted in violation of these Rules, or if an employee makes an error while accepting a bet (obvious misprints on the list of events, or if there are any other indications that the bet is wrong. Returns on such bets shall be paid at odds of 1.
- The company reserves the right to block bets on sports events in the event of suspicions in the unsportsmanlike format of matches before final conclusion of an international organization. The company also reserves the right to declare bets as invalid in case an unsportsmanlike game is determined. The administration is not obliged to present evidence and conclusions to the customers. Payment of these bets is made with odds “1”.
- Such bet shall be settled based on the final result at the effective odds applicable to the certain market, in the event of obviously erroneous odds.
- A party claiming the violation of their rights shall be entitled to bring an action to court, should the receiving party fail to consider a complaint within the established timeframe, and the proper venue shall be a court in the country of the bookmaker’s registered office.
- Customers shall be notified accordingly, should these Rules be amended. Earlier bets shall remain unchanged. Bets accepted after the specified date shall be subject to the amended Rules.
- The Customer shall be responsible for keeping their account number and received at registration confidential. All bets registered with the bookmaker shall be valid. Bet cancellation shall be subject to these Rules. Should the Customer’s login details come into the possession of a third party, the bookmaker should be informed, and the Customer should change their username and password and their email password to stronger ones. You must not disclose any codes for changing your phone number or cash withdrawal codes to any third party.
- Even though they may have been notified that such losses or damages are likely to occur in no event shall the bookmaker BETWINNER be held liable to the Customer for any collateral, indirect, incidental damages, or losses (including loss of profit).
- No connection failure while receiving confirmation of a bet shall provide the cancellation of such bet.
- When a Customer agrees to and accepts these Betting Rules, he thus places a bet as proof.
- Bets shall be settled and winnings shall be determined based only on the results declared by the bookmaker. Any complaints about the results, date, and actual starting time of the event shall be considered together with official documents from the relevant sports federations.
- Should the bettor commit fraud in respect to the bookmaker (such as the use of automated betting software, the registration of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, if the improper use of loyalty schemes, if the betting account is not used for betting, etc.), the bookmaker reserves the right to stop such fraudulent activities by:
- closure of the customer’s account with the balance being refunded;
- bet cancellation;
- filing a claim to a law-enforcement agency.
Effective as of 1 January 2017.
- No complaint arising from transliteration (or translation) of a player’s surname, team name, or sports venue will be considered by the bookmaker. No mistake in a tournament title shall result in a stake refund. A tournament title is given for convenience only.
- Customers may register only one account per e-mail address, family, address, IP address, credit/debit card, e-wallet, or the electronic payment method. Each registered customer should have only one account. People somehow associated with a customer are not be allowed to register on the website. The bookmaker administration reserves the right to request a video conference and certain personal details from the customer (registered place of residence or passport details). The user receives the results within 5 working days after the end of the video call.
- After staying inactive for 3 months, an account is blocked. Please contact Security Service at [email protected] to unblock an account.
- A registered customer cannot be re-registered as a new customer (with a new email address, under a new name, etc.). Should re-registration be proved, the administration reserves the right to void such bets (placed from such an account provision of someone else’s documents, inter alia under a new name, or use of invalid or false documents). The administration reserves the right to void their bets if the Customer refuses to undergo verification. For the period of investigation, the administration reserves the right to block such an account (being re-registered). Upon the Customer’s request, the bookmaker administration can make an individual exception.
- The bookmaker reserves the right to void any bets placed thereon and to close a betting account immediately should the bookmaker establish that:
- the bettor was able to influence the outcome due to their participation in the match (coaches, sportspeople, referees, etc.) or because they acted on behalf of participants;
- they had information on the result of the corresponding event when the bettor placed the bet;
- one bettor has a few betting accounts (multiple registrations);
- bets have been placed by a group of bettors in order to exceed the limits set by the bookmaker;
- the bettor is charged with using special hardware or software that facilitates automated betting;
- unfair means were used to circumvent restrictions imposed by the bookmaker or obtain information.
Balances on customers’ accounts shall be refunded after an investigation has been concluded in the aforementioned circumstances. The balance shall be calculated without any unfair profits generated. The bookmaker reserves the right not to reimburse the bettor for any service charges imposed by payment systems used to deposit and/or withdraw money from the BETWINNER account.
- Due to the increasing number of fraudulent actions such as violations of the betting rules by customers and multiple registrations, in order to verify the Customer’s identity, the bookmaker reserves the right to hold a video conference on Skype.
- If the bookmaker’s Security Service have any concerns about the bettor’s identity or their personal details (credit or debit card, address, or other data), they are entitled to request any documents from the bettor substantiating their identity or other submitted data, as well as to cancel any payments until all such details are verified.
- Verification may take up to 72 hours from the receipt of documents. The bookmaker is entitled to cancel all bets and suspend all transactions for an indefinite period of time if it is proven that the submitted data is false, and proceed with a full verification of the account. The bookmaker reserves the right to request any documents required for such verification. The betting company has the right to request for the documents to be sent by post.
- The account holder confirms that any activities on the account are performed by themselves. The account holder shall take exclusive responsibility for access to the account if the account is managed by a third party.
- The bookmaker reserves the right to add new provisions at any time and update these Rules. Such new rules or amendments shall take effect immediately after publication on the website.
